Our farm in the Qaen county in Iran produces Imperial Super Negin saffron. It is a high-quality type of saffron known for its long, vibrant red threads and strong aroma and flavor. To ensure the best quality, we carefully select only the thickest and longest super negin saffron threads. Additionally, chefs and home cooks commonly use Negin saffron in various dishes, including rice, stews, and desserts, thanks to its exceptional taste and potential health benefits like anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Saffron can be classified into two types based on the stigma length: Sargol saffron (if the stigma is less than 2 cm) and Negin saffron (if it is 2 cm or more). Negin saffron is considered first grade, whereas Sargol saffron is second grade.

Larger stigmas make saffron more valuable and highly regarded by buyers in the saffron market. However, farmers often use high amounts of chemical fertilizers to achieve bigger stigmas, which unfortunately harms agricultural fields and crops. Therefore, its important to consider sustainable farming practices to maintain crop and environmental health.
